Factictionary grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play VocabIQ on your personal devices for non-commercial, personal entertainment and educational use.
All trademarks, logos, UI designs, codebases, audio assets, and original puzzle algorithms contained within VocabIQ are the proprietary intellectual property of Factictionary. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
VocabIQ may offer optional in-app purchases (e.g., ad-free passes, hint bundles). All purchases are handled through the Google Play Store payment gateway and are subject to Google Play Terms of Service. Virtual items (such as hints or score multipliers) have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.
VocabIQ is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 100% dictionary accuracy and seamless gameplay across all supported devices, Factictionary makes no express warranties that gameplay will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
In no event shall Factictionary, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of VocabIQ at any time. We may also revise these Terms. Continued use of the app following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
